Please note:
- A surcharge R350.00 per night applies to all rooms with a single occupant.
- You may request an additional bed for your room. The additional bed carries a charge of R200.00 per night. Maximum occupants per room is 3 persons.
- A 50% deposit of total accomodation cost is required to confirm your reservation. Payment in full is required in advance for 1 night stays and for bookings made within 3 days from date of arrival.
- Balance of payment is required at least 7 days prior to date of arrival.
- Kindly note that you may book in after 14:00 on day of arrival and must vacate the room prior to 10:00 on day of depature.
CATERING OPTIONS
Roundstone Lodge offers a catered meal service. Guests can elect to have lunch and dinner at the lodge at an additional cost. All meals are prepared on site by our resident chef. If a you have a particular dietary requirement please let us know 3 days prior to arrival at the lodge so that we can adjust our menu accordingly.
